Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. To start your return, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. 

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase

If you received a defective or damaged product from a OrenaFragrances.com purchase, please email our team at [email protected] with your order number and we would be happy to assist you further. 

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Harmonia Fragrances does not issue refunds for the original shipping charges.

Once your refund has been issued, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-7 days for the funds to post back on your account.
